Beach Descriptions

We Are Learning To Describe.
Check out our beach descriptions using similes, personification and interesting adjectives. We tried to use our senses to help paint a picture for the reader.

At the Beach
At the beach me and my dad were surfing. The waves were crashing on me like lava. The waves felt very warm. I leapt into the water. Woosh! The waves splashed on me and I fell off my boogie board. I got up and got back on my boogie board. I could smell the salty sea on my skin. I like the beach!

At the Beach
At the beach it was as cold as Green Land. The water was frozen like an Ice rink. The trees were full of snow. In the sky across the ocean you could hear a blizzard on its way. It smelled crisp and cold.
